The library and player render through Shopify's app proxy, in your store's design, with the customer's normal login.
Privacy by design
We store customer IDs and order IDs only, never names, emails or payment details. Customer data requests are handled in the app.

Questions
Do my customers need another account?
No. They use their normal Shopify customer login. The library shows whatever they have bought.
Why Bunny Stream instead of uploading to the app?
Bunny is one of the cheapest video CDNs and you keep ownership of the files. Uploading, encoding and a fast global player are included; a typical course costs well under $5 per month to host.
Does it work with subscriptions?
Yes. Map the subscription product. Each paid renewal order is a Shopify order, so access is granted the same way as a one-time purchase.
Can people share links?
Playback links are signed and expire after one hour by default. Bunny also blocks direct file access, so the video only plays from your store.
What happens if I uninstall?
All data stored for your shop is deleted within 48 hours. Your videos stay in your Bunny account.
